    How to purchase from us
  • Most items can be purchased directly from our website with a credit card if you live in the United States
  • You can fax, email, or call in if the purchase needs to be made with a PO, COD, or shipped on your account.
  • Setting up a customer account requires at least 3 credit/trade references. It also takes time, from a few days and up. A D&B's number with good rating will help.
  • International customers please email, fax or call us directly, or contact our distributors.
  • We accept only bank wire transfer or Paypal with good feedback ratings for international purchases.
  • Products can be returned within one month with 15% restocking fee. Special customer ordered items can not be returned.
  • All of our products carry a standard one year warranty, labor and parts.
